As a horizontally installed acoustic Doppler profiling flowmeter, HADCP has unique designs and functions in multiple aspects. Its core components include a dual beam ultrasonic transducer, a set of static pressure water level sensors, and a set of conductivity sensors, with built-in atmospheric pressure balance algorithm.

In actual operation, the HADCP installed on the riverbank uses a dual beam ultrasonic transducer to scan the flow velocity distribution of the river, and uses layered measurement technology to accurately analyze the flow velocity of each water layer to obtain an accurate average flow velocity. The static pressure water level sensor synchronously measures the water level signal, and combined with the pre embedded base elevation data, the flow rate of the river can be calculated. The collaborative operation of various components enables stable completion of flow measurement tasks in various rivers, providing strong data support for fields such as water conservancy engineering and water resource management, and assisting in scientific planning and rational utilization of water resources.
This product has entered the experimental stage and will soon be tested in various rivers in Fuzhou. During the testing period, we will make every effort to verify and optimize its performance and stability. It is expected that battery self powering and wireless 4G transmission functions will be added in the future, which will improve the convenience and flexibility of use, break free from external line constraints, achieve remote data monitoring and management, broaden the application scope, and meet the needs of different river flow monitoring.
In terms of urban drainage regulation, the role of HADCP is crucial. It monitors the real-time flow and water level data of inland rivers and feeds it back to the drainage regulation department. The department uses this to predict and adjust drainage strategies in advance, prevent waterlogging in the rainy season, and adjust resources in the dry season, significantly enhancing the city's drainage regulation capacity and ensuring the stability of urban operation and residents' lives.
The core of its localization is also a major advantage, reducing dependence on foreign technology, lowering data security risks, building a secure data foundation for urban water conservancy decision-making, and enhancing the autonomy and security of water conservancy infrastructure.
In addition, HADCP adopts bright and eye-catching color design. This unique appearance color is of great significance in later operation and maintenance. When the equipment is installed in complex environments around rivers, eye-catching colors can enable operation and maintenance personnel to quickly locate the location of the equipment. Whether it is daily inspections, troubleshooting, or equipment maintenance, it can carry out work more effectively, save time and labor costs, and further improve the efficiency and convenience of the entire operation and maintenance work.
