1、 Performance Overview


Isolate and convert thermocouple signals from hazardous areas into current/voltage signals for safe areas, automatically compensating for cold junction temperature. The input end, output end, and power supply end are three terminal isolated, with functions such as online fault self diagnosis, making it an intelligent safety barrier product. Optional use of our company's dedicated handheld programmer for parameter modification or calibration (see Programmer User Manual for details).

Thermocouples (K, E, S, B, J, T, R, N, WRe3-WRE25, WRe5-WRe26);


The signal type and range are determined at the time of ordering and can also be programmed by oneself.

Current: 0 (4) mA~20mA;    0mA~10mA;


Voltage: 0 (1) V to 5V;       0V~10V;


Please specify other output signal types when placing an order.

3、 Output status during input fault


Follow method: Unless otherwise specified by the user, regardless of the fault state of the input signal (open circuit, short circuit, reverse connection, over range), the output will follow the changes of the input signal within the full range, but not exceed 12.5% of the output range (for example, when outputting 4mA to 20mA, the small output can be 0mA, and the large output cannot exceed 22mA).
