1、 Scope of application

The AODFQA7000 backup operator is functionally equivalent to an AODFQA7000 intelligent backup operator and an AOB5000 digital display transmission instrument. It receives 0~10mA/4~20mA/0~5V/1~5V valve position given input signals from the DCS system or intelligent regulator, outputs 0~10mA/4~20mA/0~5V/1~5V valve position given output signals, and then drives the electric valve actuator by the servo amplifier or drives the pneumatic diaphragm valve by the electrical converter and valve position locator, and displays the valve position given output value on the main screen (upper screen) at 0~100. It simultaneously receives engineering quantity signals such as temperature/pressure/flow from the site, displays the workload value on the attached screen (lower screen), and transmits the engineering quantity output on the transmission output 2 for use by subsequent instruments or recorders. Suitable for use as a backup operator for DCS system loop regulation control output and intelligent regulator control output.

2、 Functional Features

When the AODFQA7000 is in automatic mode, its valve position given input and valve position given output are equivalent to direct flow, to achieve automatic control of the valve by the DCS system or regulator. But the signal format for valve position given input and valve position given output can be different. That is to say, it can simultaneously serve as a signal format converter.
